Professional Prints
Our professionally produced prints are ideal for displaying at home or giving as a gift.
All our prints come with a social media Jpeg so you can hang your print and post your success. There's also an optional extra to upgrade to a high res Jpeg for a higher quality image with greter usage.
6 × 9-inch Print
A classic photographic print in a versatile size.
Optional extras:
- Mounts (free if ordered within the dscount period, which usually ends Wednesday Midnight after the event)

Event names are added to prints for free during the discount period.
12 × 8-inch Print
A larger print that is ideal for framing and displaying on your wall.

Mounts are only available at click and collect events, not through the website. Event names are added to prints for free during the discount period.
A3 Print
A large 420 × 297 mm print, professionally produced on gloss photographic paper by our partner laboratory.
Digital Images
Social Media JPEG
Best for sharing online
- Your website
- Online adverts when selling your horse or pony
These files are designed specifically for online use. They are not suitable for producing prints or canvases.
Social Media JPEGs may not be submitted to magazines or used for commercial advertising, sponsorship or business promotion.
High-Resolution JPEG
Best for printing and wider personal use
- Produce your own prints or canvases
- Share the image on social media
- Use it on a personal website
- Include it in an advert when selling your horse or pony
- Submit it to a magazine for editorial consideration
High-Resolution JPEGs are normally supplied at 12 × 8 inches and 300 PPI. This is ideal for producing a high-quality 12 × 8-inch or A4 print and will also produce a good-quality A3 print.
We can also prepare your file to a different size when required.
High-Resolution JPEGs are supplied for personal and editorial use. Commercial use by businesses, sponsors, brands or organisations requires separate permission and licensing.

All Images Deal
Best for keeping every image from your event
The All Images Pack includes all the photographs contained within one competitor folder from one event.
This normally means:
- One rider
- One horse
- One class
- All the available images in that folder
- Supplied as High-Resolution JPEGs
The photographs are batch edited but are not individually edited or cropped.
Your images will be delivered through Google Drive. You will receive an email containing a link to download the complete folder.
Please download and securely back up your images within 28 days. After this period, the download folder and edited files may be removed. Reopening an expired order requires the photographs to be edited and uploaded again and will therefore be treated as a new order.
Event names are not normally added to photographs purchased through the All Images Pack.
The standard High-Resolution JPEG usage rights apply to all photographs included in this pack.
Full-Round XC Videos and Social Reels
Full-round cross-country videos and professionally edited social reels are available at events where we are providing photo-and-video coverage or video-only coverage.
There is no need to book before the event.
Reels may also be available from eligible past events.
Full-Round XC Video
Relive your complete cross-country round with footage captured from cameras positioned around the course and professionally edited into one video.
Social Reel
A short, vertical format highlight video created for sharing on Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms and look great on your phone.
All Action Package
Our most complete event package, containing:
- Your event photographs from your folder
- Your full-round XC video
- A professionally edited social reel
Image and Video Usage
Action Replay Photography Ltd retains the copyright to all photographs, prints and videos we create.
Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it in the ways described for that product. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright.
To protect the work of our photographers and editors, please do not:
- Scan, photograph or copy our printed photographs
- Take screenshots or screen recordings from our videos
- Remove our logo or branding
- Alter or edit our photographs or videos
- Use our work commercially without prior written permission
